Subbed in. I was always following but my updates get messed up. Functionality is something I am looking forward to(been bulking so, lol) keep up the killer training

Thanks Max. I’ve been waiting for my shows to be over to start it up. Didn’t want to veer off course while on prep. I like to change things up every 12 weeks or so. Keep my body guessing. I like the athleticism and strength through the entire range of motion involved with functional training and Olympic lifts.
