So picked up a couple bottles of Helios.

How is everybody running this?

Ive done .5ml subq in to stomach a few days to try and get localized fat burning but noticed a bit of pain the next few days in those spots.

Is it better just to IM and not subq?

Subq for me ... I’ve ran a lot and love it but can’t say I’ve seen localized fat loss and tried all over
