Do you have a link for the cupping tools you have?Today is an off day so no workout. Still up at 2:30. Ate breakfast meet the wife downstairs in the gym for massages and cupping for her. I love the fact that she doesn’t have to get up that early but still gets up with me even on off days. Of course there are fringe benefits for both of us. Good quality time.

This is the set that I picked up on Amazon. We have used it just about every week for two years. So for the price I think it’s a good set. We also use cocoa butter when we do instead of lotions or oils.

you had a good one. Sorry to hear about your dog. My great granny had a black toy poodle that lived 22yrs! It has similar issues to what yours is going through. Towards the end, his cataracts and joints were so bad he could barely get around the townhouse but, he had a long, spoiled, and blessed life. Well wishes. I love animals, especially dogs. I have a dog and a cat.

Sorry about your loss brother, that’s some heavy stuff to deal with. I’ve got an old lady myself she’s pushing 13 now but going down hill with the arthritis.
Looking good though. Lots more definition, Huge change from the pictures I last saw of you, incredible!
