Yea she has an education specialist degree and makes a decent salary because of tenure and the degrees but a fair amount less than me, with only a bachelor's. I'm trying to push her to get the doctorate and go into admin but she's not feeling it yet. Probably before retirement she says, which she can do at 51. Not the worst gig.

I don't disagree there's a ton of terrible teachers btw. Just pointing out the irony of someone incapable of forming coherent sentences saying 90% are too dumb to do anything else.

Also, I'm a former educator in the non for profit sector and retired a few years back as an administrator, as in assistant principal. So yeah, I'm pretty familiar with our educational system

Teachers unions in California are strong, too strong. My wife just got the word they are switching over to hybrid teaching, four days in person, one day virtual. She would rather go back 100% in person, but she'll take the hybrid.
The lazy teachers who got used to virtual teaching are already complaining about covid 19 safety. But these are the same ones who were off doing personal shit when they were supposed to be in the classroom teaching

I think after watching what passes for education right now 4 days is sufficient, up here in ventura they anounced they will be vaccinating teachers next month and opening back up

I never said I didn't have a conditioned mindset, who doesn't from upbringing? Over the years I've made many, many changes to my mentality and speech to hopefully come more in line with God's word and it's a constant battle and I make many mistakes, but I would never say I'm not racist. The only people who say that are the ones unwilling to become better men, chumps who say they're alpha and still have the same mindset and thinking they had at 20 yrs old when it comes to race and relations😂
