Hi all, been off for a bit. Had 2 great grandboys come into our home. So ive been working and raising them full time. Ive dug out my gym in our basement, and getting back at it with some renewed energy. Im a long time member and reader, ive purchased before with success but not sure if still around? So looking to get back at it. Any help is appreciated!
