Clen cycle question

    Clen cycle question

    Hey
    So I have posted about I was worried if thats remaining fat or loose skin, probably both but its starting to get much better. ATM eating between 1800-2000cal per day, around 170g protein 150g carb and the rest is fat therefore I think Im good with my diet. Im 71kg rn, doing weght lifting + own body exercises and walking around 6-8km a day for cardio. In the meantime, I decided to take clen, but I'm wondering if lowering the dose by the end of the cycle worth it or should I stick with 120mcg for the last 2 day.
    This is how I builded it up so far (heart emoji is to mark which days I have done so far)
    :
    1 20mcg ❤️
    2 20mcg ❤️
    3 40mcg ❤️
    4 40mcg ❤️
    5 60mcg ❤️
    6 60mcg❤️
    7 80mcg❤️
    8 80mcg❤️
    9 100mcg❤️
    10 100mcg❤️
    11 120mcg ❤️
    12 120mcg ❤️
    13 100mcg
    14 80mcg
    15 60mcg
    16 40mcg
    17 20mcg
    So the question is should I let it run the rest of the days like this or just do 120mcg for 2 more days and then stop?
    Also, after the 2 weeks off would this 2nd cycle be good?
    1 20mcg
    2 40mcg
    3 80mcg
    4 100mcg
    5-14 120mcg

    How's it been working for you man?. I actually plan on running clen here really soon. Starting at 25mcg and working my way up. From what I've heard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is what most do. Maybe we can get some vets to chime in

    Ive ran clen several times and getting pretty tolerant to the dosage. I start 40-60-80-100-120 and stay at 120 all they way to the end. I never taper down. Two weeks on two weeks off. It works best for me, you have to see what works for you.

    as time passes your receptors will become saturated and will no longer be sensitive to the substance.
    lowering the doses is counterproductive because you will already have saturated non-responding receptors and low doses are useless.

    I prefer helios to clen tabs ... easier to adjust the dose and the bioavailability is higher, so less is needed. I do 0.2 CC (recon brand) ... if I go higher, I get the shakes, increased BP, and nose bleeds. I also like 5 on 2 off and take ketotifen to keep receptors fresh.

    Hows your bp normally? Mine us usually on the lower end these days. Even on test/tren

    Its normally low ... 125/65 on average ... it'll hop up to 160/90 or so if I dose clen too high and I'll need to take propranolol. I think it's pretty well established that Clen is cardio toxic in high doses. I'm in my low 40s, so I'm more sensitive than I was 10-15 years ago.

    I actually gained 1kg under the 2 weeks (i gotta admit I had 2 days where a cheated a bit) however just came back to weightlifting so the +kg could be because of that because my belly area is much much better. The saggy part starts to disappaer. So I would say it helps, however I still have appetite.

    Thanks for everyone else's answer, appreciate a lot. I have around 90-100bpm HR when Im on clen however I only notice it when Im laying on the bed and do nothing, its also only in the first few hours. The shakings are which kinda visible, but after the 3rd day I get used to it and doesnt bother me. Tbh the first 3 days which are really bad, then I dont even notice it. I dont know if its because of clen or not but when I workout Im sweating as hell like I just stand outside in 1-2 celsius with my shirt off. Other than these I didn't notice any other bad side effects.

    After the 1st week I'd take a Benadryl to help the receptor saturation.
    I've never tapered off in the amounts shown, but I have. No issues

    You should look into taking t4 with it.. Also make sure you add potassium citrate and taurine in the daily mix.

    I agree on the no taper. You're already saturated, why waste the product tapering I've never had any issues just ending the 2 weeks q out taper. Keto def helps reset, can make you a bit sleepy, for me at least

    From what I have heard, Benadryl is more of a myth. Have you noticed any difference when taking Benadryl?

    I tried it twice, diligently to test that theory. Zero difference for me.
