Also, the few court cases that trump brought and many of the others filed by others never were allowed to present any information to the courts as they were thrown out for procedural reasons.

I have never been offered this as a reason for global warming. Can you provide evidence? I won’t necessarily disagree that the earth’s distance to the sun does not remain constant although I don’t know this to a certainty either. Nasa’s website will provide evidence to support my claim.
