True about recovery. At small amounts lower than 4ius , I look at is a protective armor for my muscles: it seems to helps my joint/cartilage/tendons strengthen. Which is important because PEDS work on the muscles mainly and I have injured myself from fast muscle growth but the bone and joints didn’t keep up. Just a little nug of info

MLB should also. Hit the cages indoors yesterday only took about 20 cut cause there was 15 of us but swing felt smooth. Again not acky or sore so I am freakin loving this stuff. The scale hasn’t changed much as I need to put in more food.

Yeah. I should have been more open with that. NFL/MLB/NBA and the triple aaa sports, any paid athlete should be able to at least use gh and replacement therapy test. And gh at minimum. It is like insurance and also heals new surgeries faster. Especially with the hyperbaric chamber and new peptides they have. All ortho and sport surgeons that work with pro players know this. Their diet has a lot to do with it as well. I cannot get into detail but;
I witnessed a quick ass mofo that was basically good to go in half the time a normal person who had this particular surgery. He worked with a MD and a smart biochemistry/supplement leader and basically had this guy back making that money a lot faster than normal because they hit it with what he called “ A Five Pronged Approach” Lol! It works!!

Yes the have old man leagues everywhere, just trying to hold on until I am forced to play softball. I mean you’re going to lob it at me and I have to try not to hit it out of the park -dumb. Softball guy must hate me. Anyways another 2iu still feeling pretty awesome! No numbness or red marks going rather smoothly. Getting to the point where food is getting harder to put down but tacked on 3 lbs.

YeeuP!! Kick ass cdub; take advantage of the eating windows. Eating produces thick ass muscles! Just takes a bit O time. I can say without a doubt that after being on gh therapy; when you hit the six month mark if low dose - 2-3ius. You can do any type of protocol but; the really heavy work 5-9 rep range made a huge difference and I noticed big windows where I could seriously take in some huge caloric meals. I didn’t have to do the traditional 5/6 meals daily. I did eat three solid meals but; was able to sneak in 70-80g whey shakes w close to double the carbs and stayed pretty lean. Good luck my friend!
