Got my email with the tracking number for my order. Its said USPS is waiting for the item for 5 1/2 days now with no change....This is abnormal for sure. Anyone else exp this?

This is completely normal for Dutch now, read some threads. This is a big reason I moved on to another source. (Among a couple other issues as well).

Your pack should come. But they don’t ship when they say they do. They print a label and your pack will actually be delivered to the shipper in a couple weeks. My last couple took nearly a month to show up. Good luck.

Also- 95% of orders that showed up for me were not complete. So once you finally receive your pack odds are you’ll be missing some things & will have to email them and wait again.

I think they would benefit from having a rep of some sort. It was a lot for me to handle, but I feel it helped them out a ton (patting my own back here). Hopefully they get things sorted for you all!

I inquired about offering to be a rep for them and they said the guy the have under the Dutchpharma profile is handling rep duties for all boards. I question how well that is working out...

Yea this is nuts....7 days, still says usps is waiting on item. I ordered something from cali the day after i got my tracking, and i got it already......

Well this is the first time this has happened to me with them. But i def am not happy about it.

I even ordered early so i didnt break my cycle, and it looks like things are gonna get wonky and my cycles gonna get all fucked up. If this happens again, im going somewhere else. This is unacceptable.

I emailed them and got one back with the hole its USPS ploy. They dropped it off, its not on them, blah blah. Snowstorm this and that. Even though it was "dropped off" a week ago, and i got a package i ordered after this one that came from cali(im on east coast) and already made it here...... Appairently there the only ones effected by usps because everything else from other companes is coming in just fine.

That’s what they said to me too. I personally went to usps and asked them about that & they said impossible. That if they receive the package, they’re tracking updates to “parcel received for shipping” immediately as soon as it is scanned when dropped off. They said the ONLY thing that tracking info means is that a label has been created, but nothing has been delivered to usps to ship.

It’s a lie. I will be shocked if you receive this before March. Maybe you’ll be lucky and he will see this forum & rush it out to make himself look better.

I placed an order with another source on this board. Package was taking longer than expected for domestic. I emailed them and asked if tracking was available. They replied back with the tracking number. The package had moved to a few different usps facilities, but had been sitting at one for more than a week. The package was shipped when it was supposed to. This is when it is USPS' issue, not the sources. Once the pack is shipped, it's out of their hands. So they did everything they could. I recieved the package a couple days later.

Your tracking number not being updated is not the post offices fault. That is on dutch because it has not been shipped yet.

You will get your order eventual, probably short, but you'll get it.

well, i am new to all this. I got my stuff from someone i know, but he stopped homebrewing. So i was forced to go UGL. I dont even really know how to navigate around these forums very well. lol
