Nah, I don't see this as china. It does highlight how fragile our infrastructure is though. It should definitely be a wake up call. What they aren't talking about is the price gouging that is going on right now. I saw a chart of energy costs to the consumer and it was through the roof. And I'm referring to actual rates....not simply the fact people are using more energy. Most people won't even question their bill...they'll just think "yeah it was cold and we ran the heater a lot".
