Mon/ Thur: oils
Mon-Fri : hgh
* all shots taken at night
This is more of a trt log so no need for eod on the mast as I am only utilizing for its anti estrogen properties.

Thats cool it has a lot to offer IMO other than anti estrogen properties even at lower dosages. I’m currently running it at 300 a week just because I miss it so much and was happy to have it back in my arsenal. Plus I’m already pinning MWF so just added a ML to the barrel.

This is what my high days look like for protein I mainly stick to eggs, ground beef , salmon and chicken. Carbs are mainly potatoes and rice and veggies are broccoli, spinach and asparagus.

Nice td, will be following on how the hgh treats you. I just ordered some test e and p , deca, npp, and mast from them . Hopefully it’s on point.

So far hgh has been good no injection site issues ( in past brands I have had redness and or bruising ) so far so good still to early to really notice the benefits of anything tonight is second half a of oils for the week. Oils are great as well post injection pain is very minimal day after oil injections. I’m doing flute injections this week and I will do shoulders next week.

My workout routine isn’t as put together as my meal plan I am working on fixing that to show everyone sorry if this log is more on the boring side as a trt log there won’t be as much to share versus a bulking or cutting phase.

I don’t use PEDs to get huge or shredded just to stay in shape. For legs I do high reps low weight because I’ve had to knee surgeries and I can’t take the high weight. Upper body I usually stick to high weight low reps and alternate every couple months.
