It's sort of a sad story how things worked out for Rich. I remember about 5-6 years ago when he tried to get off and after about 4-5 months he looked weird. All that PMMA... He basically couldn't come off without looking like the trash end of a bad scientific experiment.

PMMA lasts about 5 yrs and stuff like hyaluronic acid is safer and just lasts a short time.

For sure, all the body mods and experimenting took him from a solid, big, strong and great looking build to some sort of comic book caricature. I recall watching a vid on him where a former friend was commenting that Rich had a plastic surgeon who could make it look like he got a slashed across the neck.....a big knife scar.
