New here, just checking things out for fitness info and gear. 5'10 180lbs almost 40 been in construction my whole life. Looking to stay in shape and keep up with the grind.
 
I am new to this forum but have used JP for a few years.
36 years old 6’3” and run between 240 and 275.
Took a year away from the gym after about 10 pretty consistent years. Have used JP for a few years now, looking to get back after it.
It’s good to be back.
