- 50% DV Selenium
-560mg electrolytes
- 8g EAA
-50% DV Vitamin C
-5g BCAA
-50% DV Vitamin B
-15% DV Zinc and Magnesium
-970mg Glutamine
This is a solid product. I had no idea was the most abundant protein in the body. When I was drinking two of these per day, I did notice less soreness after a workout.
The taste isn't great to be honest. It's bearable, but I just added a little orange Mio and it was great.
I have heard Collagen is amazing for the skin so this could be a great product for those of us that break out easily and just have dryer skin. Kind of a 2 in 1 punch.
