Eh, not really, you remember how “big boy rules” works. As long as we perform on top of our two PFT’s during the year we are allowed to do our own PT. I do think my workouts would suffer if I had to do that shit on top of everything I’m trying to do in the gym forsure but thankfully they trust us to keep ourselves in the shape we need to be. They crack down on guys that get complacent though lol it doesn’t look fun

Yeah that was absolutely how it was in the beginning, log runs were the fucking worse. But once you’re passed all the training and become operational it’s pretty relaxed. We just all have the understanding that we must max the PFT’s or go back to the bullshit group PT game

Good evening gentlemen.

So, as many of you know, I’ve done at least 2 logs with GC, both times the gear was absolutely superb. Without a doubt, the best I’ve used in my 8 years in this game.

This log is as much for me to stay consistent and push me to go as hard as possible, as well as show the efficacy and quality of GC’s product. This isn’t sponsored, this is just me wanting to show some love to the big guy for all he’s done for me.

On this run, I’m gonna be blasting for 12 weeks. I will be running the following:

Weeks 1-12:
Tri-Blend: 1mL every M/W/F
Test Prop: .5mL every M/W/F
Aromasin: 25mg every M/W/F

Weeks 1-8:
Proviron: 100mg ED

Weeks 8-12:
Anadrol: 50mg ED

My main goal with this is to get back in powerlifting shape after having Covid and moving into a new home in December and then after being in DC for most of January. I haven’t lost as much as I thought I would, but I’m definitely not where I’d like to be. My wife is competing in Figure at least 2 more times this year before we start trying to have kids, so I would like to win another powerlifting competition before we go down that road and while I have time.

So without further bullshit, I started my AAS cycle last Monday, and started my powerlifting program yesterday, my next two posts will be yesterday’s and today’s training sessions. Thanks to anyone that decides to follow along

Great to have you back along for the ride brother! So, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely become more susceptible to gyno and acne, having a higher AI dose seems to help keep those 2 sides at bay. Good looking out though! I never used to use an AI at all, never had to until about 2 years ago

Sure thing brother. Definitely trying to go slow this run and get some good results that I can actually hold onto. It seems like my going trend since the bicep tear has been to bounce from one injury to the next. Now that I’m finally not dealing with pain everywhere, I’m trying to take full advantage. We’re only 3 weeks into this cycle, I feel like I’ve got the potential to break some PR’s, we shall see

The worst, and typically only side effect I’ve gotten from Tren has been insomnia. I typically fall asleep and sleep for about 2-3 hours, and then I wake up and it’s off and on from there until I get up for the day. It’s definitely kicking in now, because the last two days I’ve suffered the lack of sleep. My question is, has anyone found anything that allows them to sleep on a Tren cycle without totally bogging them down the next day with grogginess? Any advice or suggestions are more than appreciated. Other than that and a sweaty night here and there I’m feeling great and can absolutely feel the gear flowing. Top notch as to be expected from GC.

I take melatonin while on tren because I’ll wake up every 2hrs or so. I grab the 10mg gummies at cvs and take 30min before I want to pass out. Might help you bro.

Oh they also make extended release ones as well.

Thanks a lot man, I’ll try that. I’ve taken magnesium to relax my muscles at night but even that only helps for a few hours and then I seem to be up like you said every 2 hours. Always like that on Tren lol it’s a curse

Last tren cycle I was getting the worst heart burn ever along with the no sleep. The melatonin def helped me and keeping some tums handy lol
