No 1 iu should be 1 mg . If the vial is 10mg and put 1 ml of bac water in

If the vial is 10mg, 1 ml bac water (100units) would equal 100mcg per tic.

Imo that's too high of a concentration, so I'd cut that to 2ml bac water (200 units) divided by the 10mg (10,000mcg) to create 50mcg per unit.

1cc equals 1ml. So if you mix with 1ml/cc of water that leaves you with a total of ten shots if you do .1cc at a time. That what I do. If you follow Elites way you would end up with 20 shots at .1cc. More bang for your bucks if you don’t use it to much but trust me you won’t. Everytime I pin PT141 it turns into a freaky two day event so I don’t even want to fuck again for a week. FYI you may experience a little nausea or like a gas pain after you pin it. No worries it goes away. I got it a little the first few times but it was nothing to even mention really.
 
The attachment gives you the calculations for either 1 or 2 mill (cc). I use 2 mill for dilution and I started with .1 mil or I unit.
Do not plan anything for 2 hrs after you inject in case you get crazy face flushing like I did. Your date will want to rush you to the hospital. After a few trials at low dose your body kinda gets used to it and there is less flushing. I use 3.5 to 4 units (they are on the insulin needle.) Remember I use 2 mill dilution.

I still hide out for two hrs till the flushing leave, I use gravol ginger before hand with a full stomach and that eliminated the nausea. Probably a good idea to have benadryl or an epipen on hand incase of an allergic reaction.

I don't look at it that way as I don't use slin pins but I did put in an order for them and I'm going to give the 141 a go as I have some Cialis on hand.

I tried the Dapoxetine from a source here and the first time I tried it I think it kinda worked a little but after that I never noticed a difference. I was never a 3 pump chump so it’s hard to tell what it did. Regardless I was disappointed.
