    How to burn visceral fat and fix bubble gut?

    Yes im here to help with my knowlage but at same time learn from all of you . I have made i big offseason for one year , using :
    Test 2800mg week
    Deca 1750mg week
    Dianabol 100mg week
    Lantus
    Humalog before and after training
    HGH 10 to 15 ius ED
    Dont use AI , only when i feel sensative nipples

    Forcing feed until 7k calories sometimes almost all lean food

    Now i decide to do a cutting for 6 weeks and after 2 weeks im ripped but bloated belly still there , with veins and some abs .

    Do you believe high dosage test can increase waist size? high estrogen to? IGF to high from hgh and slin?

    Any solution for this problem?

    Keep the cutting until a get it or go to bulking and when i need to compete then i do complete diet?

    Well you certainly have the gear down along with other compounds.

    Are you doing fasted cardio in the morning by any chance??

    All I can say is it's a pretty well know fact that the GH is a major contribution to the "gut" in today's modern bodybuilders as compared to years ago when this wasn't a way of life.

    Yes now im doing cardio fasted ED take off hgh and slin , but during 1 year bulking without any cardio

    I think the HGH is probably more the cause then the test... enlarged your intestines. Just don't know if it's reversible.

    One of the only sure fire ways to decrease the effects of Palumboism (named after Dave Palumbo) is time.

    What's happening with you is your oblique muscles have begun to thicken. This is caused by increased a caloric surplus in conjunction with Slin, HGH and high levels of anabolics.

    Discontinue HGH, and Slin, drop test down to cruise levels, (what ever that may be for you) add dry compounds.

    Using T3 for its catabolic properties could help reduce the size in that area. But you sacrifice losing some of your mass, as you will be in a deficit and running a significantly lower amount of AAS.


    Sorry bud, there is no quick way to reduce that look other than time and losing some of the gains you have made. To much to fast, at the levels you ou described will cause what you are experiencing.

    I agree with this. I heard it’s some gh but more skin use and caloric surplus. But the above seems like a good idea.

    Visceral fat is from sedentary life with excess calorie intake.

    Bubble gut from bodybuilding is from GH receptors of the intestines and stomach.

    That is the reason why bodybuilders look like shit this day and age compared to the past.

    Good lord at the amount of gear and GH you have taken for a year. I think a cruise is in order.

    I’m sure your gut health is fucked. Get that in check and the bloat and visceral fat will decrease. Drugs aren’t going to help with this. Ask Phil Heath

    I'd say your midsection is just bloated from the force feeding. Less GH, with less insulin, and less food.. add in a digestive enzyme and you'd be all set.

    I know from my experience, when I ran a lot of GH and slin.. i looked like I was 9 months pregnant most of the time. That with a lot of food is not a good combo for a small waist.

    Mr. Jackson said he was going to tell the secret when he retired of how to get rid of the bloat belly . But I haven't seen anything yet . He that's what keep him in the game the last few years

    Yes alot now im 90cm waist and when i compete i was 78cm . I believe a contest prep with very low hgh and slin , low test high anabolics will help . Im 43 years old and at this age is part of the game . Right now using probiotics , low test , no slin , no hgh .
