Kisspeptin-10 question- accidently froze

Reconstituted kisspeptin-10 from pharmacy. Accidently threw it in the freezer. Pretty sure it's ruined but just wanted to make sure. Good news is they messed up and sent it to me free.

Reconstituted it is no good, if it was still LY ,
It is Stored @-20celsius. I checked 4 places

I would normally pay thru doctor and the pharmacy would send it free. But I told the doc I couldnt afford it, he said he would still.call in my script so if I came up with the money I could fill. Never paid anyone and it showed up at my door. I reached out and they said oh well our mistake, but no charge.
