Today’s workout went like this. Def wasn’t happy with the training today. For some reason I felt achy and sore allday today. Almost like I was getting sick.

Lower loading / upper pump
2 - BB Squat- 315 x 8 315 x 6
1 - Low Close Leg Press- 753lbs x 6
1 - Stiff Leg Deads- 275lbs x 10
1 - Adductor/Abductor Machine (rest pause DC style) - 170lbs x 12
4 - Standing Calf Raise- 330lbs x 12 x 11 x 9 x 9

2/2 - Pull down Machine / Pec Deck- 120lbs x 22/18 100lbs x 28 110lbs x 24
2/2 - Rear Delt Fly /Hanging knee raise- 25lb dumbbells x 26 x 22
1/1 - Machine Preacher Curl / Dip Machine- 75lbs x26 / 140lbs plate loaded machine x 24

Also pinned .5ml of the test deca blend today in the delt. Smooth as silk!
Time to hit the vitamin c and zinc!

Not a bad workout while feeling crappy and I myself felt rather crappy as well...so might hit the sack early and hopefully feel better in the AM.

Yea idk what happened woke up today just not feeling it lol and here I am now working a 12hr overnight in the cold lol I’ll rest up tomorrow and kill Friday’s workout!

Been trying as hard as I can over here it’s def not easy that’s for sure lol hopping to be alittle over 205lbs after this cycle if all goes well. Maybe alittle closer to 210 we will see.
 
So today was upper body muscle round sets and it went like this:

Upper Muscle Rounds
2 - Cable Pull down- 180lbs
2 - Hammer Row- 160lbs
2 - Incline Hammer Press- 115lb machine
2 - Pin selector Shoulder Press- 110lbs
1 - Cable V bar press down- 100lbs

I was completely new to these when monte had me doing them for the 1st time and I thought they would be a breeze.... well they suck and they hurt like hell if done right lol there’s a reason the weight isn’t that heavy!

Also pinned another .5cc test/deca and 1cc test tren blends. And once again a smooth pin. Tomorrow we do legs again!!!

Now that's a nice gym...reminds me of a PowerHouse I used to train in. Wish I could go down and train at that cool gym of yours!

When I was in New York a few years back I stopped at the bev Francis powerhouse and my mind was blown!! Seen dexter Jackson there too.
 
Well technically this is end of day when your the heaviest and I only had a pair of shorts on. As of this morning I was 200.4lbs lol

Don’t have an exact number. Monte writes the meals and I eat it lol
However right now I’m eating 6 meals on training and non training days. I have a check in this morning and he will probably increase food.

Training Days - Intra - 50c, 10g EAA's
Meal 1 –
5 Whole Eggs
1c Liquid Egg Whites 1tbsp PB
2tbsp jam
5 slices Toast (60g carbs)

Meal 2 –
7oz Chicken Breast or White Fish 2c Jasmine or White Rice
30g almonds or 1⁄2 avocado

Meal 3 – (pre Workout, add plenty of salt to this meal) 6oz Red Meat (listed Above)
2c Jasmine or White Rice
1 muffin

Meal 4 – (Post Workout Shake as soon as you’re home. Blend this up.)
2C Liquid Egg Whites
2C Rice based cereal (Chex, fruity pebbles, rice krispies, coco puffs, whatever you want as long as rice is the base)
1 Banana
2 packet oats
2tbsp pb

Meal 5 – (1.5-2 hours after Shake) 7oz Red Meat (as listed above)
2c Jasmine or White Rice
30g almonds or 1⁄2 avocado

Meal 6 –
6oz Chicken Breast or White Fish 1tbsp EVOO
9oz potato

This is what training day eating looks like. Non training is alittle less food because I was having a hard time eating at one point. But it’ll all be going up.

Monte does my diet and training for me. What a difference man. He knows his shit!
Last meal when we up calories always kills me the first few times then I get used to it and by the 2nd week I need more food.

I’m not currently only due to the fact that when I’m cycling I have no problems eating at all. I just keep eating and eating lol it’s when I cruise I have a hard time, which the next cruise that’s exactly what I’ll be using to help with that.
 
So I was unable to get to the gym Monday due to a snow storm causing it to close early. But I def got there today and hit some legs and upper body. Workouts looked like this:

Lower loading / upper pump
2 - Hack Squat- 270lbs x 12 270lbs x 9
1 - Close Stance Smith Squat- 275 x 10
1 - Lying Leg Curl- 120lbs x 10
1 - Adductor/Abductor Machine (rest pause DC style) 195lbs x 12
4 - Standing Calf Raise- 390lbs x 12/9/8/8

2/2 - Pull down Machine/ Machine Flat Press- 132lbs x 24 132lbs x 18 / 90lbs x 28 100lbs x 20
2/2 - DB Lateral /Hanging knee raise- 20lbs x 26 20lbs x 20
1/1 - Machine Preacher Curl / Smith Close Grip Bench- 80lbs x 30/ 155lbs x 28

Dbol is at 50mg and will stay there. No need to go any higher plus it gives me headaches lol.
I’m splitting the dose 20mg am and 30mg pre workout.
