I use Carditone 2x a day. You can buy it on Amazon. It works well

I have used Propanolol and lisinopril long term but those meds can mess w ur lipids and cholesterol in my experience.

If u cant source what u need Carditone is a nice affordable option to try 🙏💪

How did those treat you? Adding HCTZ (12./5 mg) to my lisinopril ended up with cramps every time I worked out. It was horrible.

I have the same issue when I take HCTZ.. who knew electrolytes were important? I ended up just taking it on days I didn't lift

After 40...meds can really screw you up..the reaction,sides..most cause more problems than they help with.
I had to stop a med a month ago for my neck nerve damage..Bro.. I couldn't talk right,remember anything and the last straw..started seeing things..On 7 pills a day and it will never get less..doing everything I can to keep that# down..sad joke
I won't live long enough to die from the Cancer I have...

Carditone works well for me as well, very good stuff, though Imnot sure how it does for those with very high BP.
Mine was just a little elevated, this keeps me in normal range...

You can always tell your doctor you need meds to help with public speaking and they often provide prescriptions to beta blockers like Propanolol.

Yeah that sucks man..... I know where your coming from. Most medications make me feel like shit especially blood pressure meds. cancer once you have it it's like your always fighting for the rest of your life.

I take verapamil which i started for migraines and now use for bp also, been taking for years no problem.
I would see a dr. for Bp issues they love to prescribe hypertension drugs.

Recently prescribed 10mg of lisinopril. Feels pretty good so far! Way cheaper and effective than carditone, imo.Cost me $5/mo, vs carditone at $37/mo (@ 2 caps daily, the effective dose).
