So I just got my post-blast blood work back. It is 3 pages long. I blasted for about 17 weeks on Test, NPP, EQ @ 750/500/600. I have been cruising at 250mg test E, and this blood work is from 4 weeks after my blast.

My liver enzymes are usually a little elevated, but never have they been this elevated. I have seen them in the high 60s, low 70s before. My training has been extremely intense, and I have thrown in more cardio, so I’m not sure if that could have anything to do with it?

My Hematocrit was 51 before my blast, I’m going to set up an appointment to donate this week, and I just started Naringin, but is there anything else I can do to lower that?

And last thing I was concerned about was my thyroid. The last time my Dr. has checked that was Nov 2 2019, and my TSH was 3.030. I will be calling Monday to discuss this with her but in the mean time I was wondering if you guys could give any incite? Thank you in advance I appreciate any help!

Current supplements are 5mg Cialis, Curcumin, Fish oil, Krill oil, Vit K2+D3, Vit C, NAC, a Multi, Citrus Bergamot, Ambrosia Nektar, and Amazing Grass greens.

My doc told me to take an aspirin 50-100 mg a day. I have a script to give blood once a month to try to keep my iron down. Also staying hydrated will help. Not sure on the thyroid, so I can’t say. My liver was elevated, but ultra sound didn’t reveal anything. I think because I was over loading on vit b and c. Also if you are taking vit c and/ garlic, those all increase your blood thickness. Try to get in there and donate blood, however you may have to go several times to give blood before your hemos will come down. This is my fourth blood donation and my iron is still a bit high. I am hoping this next one will lower it. If you have ever given blood before let me warn ya, it may put ya down for the entire day. I get really tired ans my blood pressure drops a few hours after I give blood. I have to eat sodium to bring my blood pressure back up. It I sometimes takes me days to get back in my routines again and get my energy back. Good luck buddy.

Those don't look bad. T4 is in range. Cholesterol looks good. Liver enzymes not too high. Need to give some blood for the hematocrit.

Would you be concerned about the TSH being out of range like that? I'm planning to give blood this week or next, but do you know of anything else to help with hematocrit?

my liver values run high too, after you pct it will come back

Are you planning on jumping right back on after the four weeks ? Give it another month or two and retest before you jump back on .

Your just barely out of range. I'd get another thyroid panel and see. Once you go on T4 you'll be on it for life, wife been on it for 15yrs, I've been on it for 10yrs. My TSH was in 9s wife in teens when we went on thyroid meds.

No I was planning on getting back on in about 6 more weeks. I figured it would hopefully give my body some more time to recover and be ready again.
