Real good man. I first used at 1/2 cc to get used to it.then moved up a full CC. Personally some days I didnt feel a pump but I always felt my strength through the roof. I have yet to miss my numbers and the smell of it isn't to bad either. Also whenever I take it (2days a week) your pretty much horny the whole day. 10/10
