    You really don't need much of it, 10mgs for 4 weeks.. you could double that up but it's really not necessary.
    I Incorporated b12 with it and it did help but I also did notice that my diet along with hydration been sleep was the biggest factor.
    That goes with anything, long as I stayed hydrated and I wasn't eating garbage, I often felt better than not. Whenever I ramped up the dosage that's when I felt like ass, the returns were great, but I felt like hell and I often wonder if I fell at my best what would have the results truly have been if I allowed the proper platform for the drug to shine. But that said higher dosages was a lesson learned and it was totally unnecessary.
    10mg is all you need.

    Yes, when I used dosages that were slightly above modest that's when it became taxing. You most likely ran it before and didn't even know it. I took what I thought was Dbol once, and I contacted the source and told them that was the best dbol I ever had, that turns out to be there is a mix-up and it M1T. I should have been able to tell the difference because I didn't feel as euphoric, but the growth I experienced was literally overnight. I'm hanging on to some right now and I'm waiting for the right opportunity. Right now I'm in a recomp, and I'm trying to make as much gains as possible with as little gear as possible. Who knows what a few months down the road will bring, just maybe I'll throw some in the mix.

    with all your complications. thats easy to choose, I would keep it very simple

    test any ester I prefer short but that means more injections
    proviron or masteron to increase free test levels even a t al low dose of both you’d keep significant benefits. Im running review on a low dose of TRT PLUS and injective DBOL, they are both top shelf

    TRTPLUS from PSL is a combination of 200 testE and 200mastE per ml. (I highly recommend) these in low dose for you due to your past health complications, if something goes awry, youre not heavily invested into an expensive cycle. Furthermore, you can stay on TRT with 1ml a week or bridge cycles with 1ml week if your blast goes well.

    Yeah, we all get that way; especially if I am dieting ; It seems like all the food porn gets put up when you’re on a diet, now I know what I do to people posting up that food porn. I haven’t much Since Covid because we’re not having family dinners and are separated at different properties . Wish this shit was over. Now it doesn’t even matter if you get the shot or not seems like you can still get it again, you got different strains blah blah blah

    Eat an ounce!......of. Dark chocolate. Sometimes that helps but most of the time not

    We need some something to raise our spirits ...
    Ideas appreciated. Otherwise; I am gonna go eat a bowl Pasta with olive oil salt and pepper basil and tomatoes and some Parmesan then I’ll pass out. Lol
