Another thing I haven’t done personally, but hear many others do is they put the crashes vial on their Cable boxes for their tv for a couple hrs, let’s the mild heat slowly fix it while you occupy your time doing other things.
Yeah that’s a cool idea the cable box I would of never thought of that....

I’ve always had great results rolling it up in my heating pad and putting a pillow or comforter over it on high for 20-30 minutes and no issues. Just my opinion !!

When it does crash and you boil it back to life, does it tend to crash again at room temp?

Kinda figured. But makes sense. Just had a td from a new source and it was gelled. I already knew to heat it up. Just was curious if it crash out again. Thanks man!!

If you can find a warmer place to store it maybe not, gear tends to crash in the winter because people's houses are 10+ degrees cooler in the Winter.
Also it can get really cold during shipping and arrive crashed, In that case if you can get it into solution again it might hold If it's not exposed to very cold temperatures again.

Gotcha. My house never drops under 70° through the colder months. I haven’t cracked it open yet but I’ve been checking on it every day since td and seems to be holding just fine. It doesn’t affect the quality of it does it? From getting gelled and heated?
