A hot plate or the oven (I use 170) works well. Or simply microwaving some water and letting it rest in there for several minutes can work as well.
On the bright side, if it's a new lab you're using, gear doesn't tend to crash unless it's concentrated and cold (or not enough bb). But there's definitely some test cyp in there, and it's still g2g as soon as you heat it up and let it cool back to room temp. Don't pin hot oil it hurts like fuck.
1: I heat up water in a pot on the stove, put the crashes test vial in a sealed zip lock, and let soak in the hot water. Periodically pulling it out and “swirling” the vial until it’s all better.
2: or I will turn on my coffee maker, remove the coffee pot, place the crashed vial directly on the heating element. Wait patiently until it’s back to liquid.
Let cool completely before use. If it’s anymore than lukewarm it hurts like a bitch.

Also I’ll add in not to pin it if ANY crystals (“gel”) is still present- because that hurts like fuck too.
Everyone pretty much has you covered but there is one nobody mentioned that I have used before. You know the wax candle warmers yeah put the vial on the top of that (no wax of course) and let it sit there warming up it may take alittle longer but you are completely safe don’t have to worry about the vial exploding...

That’s a good idea- I think I’ll use that method from now on.
Another thing I haven’t done personally, but hear many others do is they put the crashes vial on their Cable boxes for their tv for a couple hrs, let’s the mild heat slowly fix it while you occupy your time doing other things.
