    Cycle Options

    Hi All

    I'm looking for some opinions on which direction I should go and I’m wondering which option you guys think might be best for me to gain a few pounds of muscle.

    Trying to put on a bit more muscle prior to cutting calories in the early Spring. Currently on TRT (doctor prescribed – 200 mg test cyp per week). I’ve been lifting for years and I work with a nutritionist every month so my training and diet are “on point”.

    I just got bloods back yesterday and everything looks good. Liver values are fine.

    The two cycle options I am considering are as follows:

    1. Adding another 250 test cyp per week. That would give me 450 mg per week. I would do that for 10 weeks.
    2. LGD 4033 for 12 weeks, Tbol for the first six weeks and stay on my TRT dose of test (200 mg per week)

    Also – second question. Would I potentially need an AI if I went w the first cycle option? At my last labs – my estradiol was 45. I do not currently take an AI and have never had any related symptoms.

    I don’t expect – nor do I want - to put on TONS of muscle with either of these. Just sort of trying to “fly under the radar” and put on a few pounds prior to cutting in the Spring. Just trying to determine which of these options would be most effective for my goal.

    If you’re looking to add size those are both weak options and doses. Is there a reason you are being so conservative with it?

    But if you are not expecting great gains and just wanna add a couple lbs ok I guess. I know a lot of people that would consider 450mg/week a TRT dose. Just sayin’

    If I have to choose between those two options then I’d go with #2. Your next question....no you would more than likely not need an AI if you went on either of those options. You’re not even in the game at those doses. It’s always good to have AI on hand in case you get symptoms but you mentioned never having any related problems with it so I’m sure you won’t be one of the unlucky few that get issues with low doses.

    To be honest the reason I am being so conservative is that I have never done any sort of PED's other than a week (30 mg per day) six week cycle of Tbol. And I am in my mid 50's...

    LGD-4033 would be a good option. 10-20mg per day for 12 weeks.

    You'll probably need an AI at 450-500mg Test per week. Aromasin is a good choice. I'd start with 12.5mg twice per week and then adjust accordingly.

    You are not being conservative, you are being smart. This is basically your first cycle. So running Test at the dosage you are suggesting is perfect.

    As mentioned, aromasin at 12.5mg twice a week, or every 3rd day will keep you level, obviously try and get some mid cycle labs done to really see what your e2 range is at.

    LGD is great, and you will enjoy it, 10mg is usually enough to keep things moving along, but experiment with the dosage. Start at 10 and try 15 for a little while, and possibly work your way to 20.

    Tbol is an excellent addition to any cycle really, 50mg daily on the back or front half could serve you well.

    I would look into the possibility of using Masteron Enanthate, it will only enhance your cycle while still remaining cautious. 400mg weekly is all you need.

    So it doesn't sound I can really go wrong w either option correct? They would be equally effective?

    I’d go #2.
    Most forums and forum guys (no offense meant) generally think of cycles as big doses and big GAINZ. I used to be like that as well. I’ve been on a low dose of trt for a few months and wow, what a difference... if your not looking for huge gains, but just a few % improvements, adding in a lil something should work. Obviously, gear helps, but gains come in the kitchen and the workouts.

    I’m looking for similar results soon, lose a few % bf, add a lil muscle, nothing drastic , nothing that is too harsh on the body

    Do the test 450mg and LGD run. You will be very happy with the gains.

    A doc prescribed legal TRT dose at 450 per week? No way. Self prescribed sure, why not. But that’s not conservative.

    You guys are reading the post wrong. His DR prescribed 200mg/week for TRT. He is planning to add another 250mg per week for the blast.
