    Rest days

    Do you guys ever feel guilty when taking a day off from the gym? Seems to be happeing to me lately. I try to take 2 days off per week but feel like im just being a pussy and should prolly just hit the next muscle group thats not sore anymore.

    How much rest does one need when being very anabolic. The drol doesnt help, feel like i can workout all day every day.

    Thoughts?

    Not at all, unless it was a scheduled workout day. I enjoy it! Now that I have my own gym, it is kinda easy to go in and do little things like cardio or band exercise, just get a little maintenance.

    Yeah I only lift every other day . I do different cardio every other day but take one complete day off a week . Also every 12 weeks or so I take the whole week off . Now that's hard but I believe it help me refocus

    I lift 6 days a week on my day off I go in and do light cardio, play basketball, sauna etc. I feel like I have to be at the gym everyday, but I know my body needs some rest anabolic or not!

    I don't feel bad because my 4 days off per week are my "growing days" when i start seeing the fruits of my labor, aka weight going up on the scale, bigger gunz show, etc. I'm using Dexter Jackson's 3-day split that he built his base with and it's working superbly so far. The chest/back day takes some getting used to conditioning wise but it's awesome.
