    How much MLís in each location

    I know this probably has been gone over a few times but I canít find an old post . So here it goes probably for the 1000th time... how much ML in each location? Delt,quad,and Glutes .. Iím trying to pin 1.5 in my quad or delt ? Or is that maybe to much ?

    I have done 3-4ml in my delt before, never have done quads, have done up to 5ml in my glute.

    Ok thx I just was on google thy say no more then 1mL in delt.. but shit whatís .5 more??? Anyway also said 2ml in quad . But thanks for letting me know what you hav personally done .. knowing what ppl hav actually done is more comforting . Now I can gage myself accordingly to what Iíve read and what Iíve heard others do...

    It depends of many factors like genetics of absortion , size of you muscles ( the bigger the muscle the more you can inject, thats why glutes always handle more mlīs ) . To be safe 1ml each mucle is the best way to avoid troubles . But maximum you can handle is 2ml shoulders , 3 ml quads , 3 / 4 ml glutes . Never inject biceps or calves

    Muscle size, frequency pinning that area, virgin muscle or not, oil consistency, type of gear, metabolic absorption, even concentration of the gear is going to change the volume you'll be willing to pin in a given location.

    Biceps ain't bad with a 25g 1", but I'll wholeheartedly agree with not pinning calves..

    For me, max comfortable site volume

    Glutes - 4cc
    Quads - 3cc
    Ventrogluteal - 3cc
    Pecs - 3cc
    Biceps - 1cc
    Delts - I have never not drawn blood.

    Of course start smaller with virgin muscles and slowly work your volume up. Pec was my first ever place pinning, and did 1cc easy and painless. Biceps I started with a quarter cc and worked up. Quads I can usually pin 3cc no problem, but recently tried a cc of some crippling T500 with 150mg prop, 50mg ace, 50mg base, 100mg tpp, and 150mg cyp I was hobbling and limping around for a full 7 days in pain, and then still sore for another 5 days.. so fuck that. I just micro dose it now.

    I don't let my guys use over 1.5 cc in any muscle group, regardless of size. And smaller groups like say biceps or calves, they do no more then .5cc

    Tbh we seen far less pre abcess and inflammation issues since using this protocol with clients.

    Also like Adrenolin said above, diff muscle tissue acts differently. IMO you never wanna just shoot 2-3 cc of oil into a fresh muscle. Pharm grade or not, its a recipe for disaster.

    In the medical field they are even stricter tbh.

    I prefer using 1cc per spot, sometimes that isnt possible though

    I never do more than 1ml and I rotate chest, bis, tris, lats, outer quads, teardrop (quads), vg and glutes. I'd rather three 1ml injections than one 3ml injection. More pinning, but less problems IMO.

    Granted, I did my first pin 18 years ago ... so I'm a bit used to it.

    You guys that only do 1ml per site.... are you injecting daily or multiple sites per day or both? I havenít blasted in a bit but I like sticking to two pins per week and 1ml per site seems like a hassle.


    knock on wood I havenít had any problems putting 3ml in glutes or vg.

    Daily. I do multiple each day between gear, peptides, vitamins/aminos, etc. 27g IM and 29g insulin pins makes it relatively painless.

    For me 3ml for quads, glutes & lats. 1ml for delts, biís & triís.

    No worries! There are a lot of factors to consider, however - for me, I have large delts so they can handle more. But each body is different, each muscle, each type of gear, etc...

    It has been gone over a million times but that's alright lol. Here my limits for each spot without causing excess inflammation:

    Delts 2.5mL
    Lats 3mL
    Quads 3mL
    Glutes 3mL
    VG 2mL (just haven't pushed this one much since it makes my hips too tight)
    Pecs 1mL
    Tris 1mL but I rarely have used them

    I hate pinning pecs because they cramp really bad when I do. Some guys love using them though. The VG would probably take more but I already have a problem with my lower back and hips getting really tight and it tends to irritate all that so I don't use or push them too much. Lats are great. I also never had the need or desire to go over 3mL per shot

    as a general rule, 3 ml in glutes and quads, no more than 1.5 anywhere else. Unless u r a beast like Wes, then there IS no limit!-lol

    You ever tried your lats? They're a great spot as long as you can reach them lol
