My rotator cuff is inflamed so I skipped today doing chest so I’m gonna do back tomorrow and do chest on Friday and see how that goes and do legs on Saturday

Rotator cuff injury do suck man! Guess when you get my age everything hurts lmao!!

I hear good things about a few rounds of tb500/bpc157 w 50-100mg Deca(they say this small amount works wonders and Npp didn’t have same effect). Just what I hear, I wouldn’t know.

This is what I take for supplements:
Max’s- Total Joint PAIN, tendon-cartilage /Skin/Anti-inflammatory/Antioxidant

3g of MSM (OptiMSM) (some take 6g)
2g of Circumin (98% curcuminoid extract) w bioperine or a 185x extract
2 tablespoon Knox Gelatin (collagen protein)
800mg (S-ame) Doctors Best brand
Black Seed Oil - soft gels 2 caps
100mg -150mg R-Ala (alpha lipoid acid)

Well I agree on the NPP not working ,cause I’m already on 450mg/week of NPP amd it doesn’t seem to be helping ,guess next time I run that 19-nor I’ll use Deca instead
