Well I’m gonna post my log here I started back last week after a 2 1/2 year layoff Because of a broken leg snd 3 major surgeries in 2 years ,I’m gonna post up all my info later just wanted to start my thread and thank MaxMuscle he’s helped me a lot!!

Compound Fracture? Infection?
I broke my Tibia half into in 2017 and I’ve had 3 major surgeries to try and get it too heal finally this last surgeon was a Trama Orthopedic surgeon and he fixed it some bone grafting from younger peoples bone and used some stem cells also and it’s finally healing I’ve had 3 different rods and screws installed lol....he removed part of my fibulato make the tibia settle done lower to pickup the bone grafting ad stuff and it’s working and I just got released a couple weeks ago to workout again so I’m glad
