    Bullseyeís log

    Well Iím gonna post my log here I started back last week after a 2 1/2 year layoff Because of a broken leg snd 3 major surgeries in 2 years ,Iím gonna post up all my info later just wanted to start my thread and thank MaxMuscle heís helped me a lot!!

    My info is as goes

    Multivitamin-Animal Pak
    L-Cartnine-2 capsules
    NAC-2 capsules
    CLA-3 capsules
    Cycle Support-4 capsules

    Gear:
    Test Ethanate-400mg/week
    NPP-400mg/week
    Masteron Ethanate-600mg/week

    Caber-.5mg Monday/Thursday
    HCG-500iu Monday/Thursday

    Diet is new to me snd Max Is helping me well!! Iím having trouble eating enough but working on it


    Monday : Shoulders/Traps

    Shoulder Press-5 sets of 15,12,10,8,6,4

    DB lateral raise 3 sets of 8
    DB front raise-3 sets of 8
    Face pulls 5 sets of 15,12,10,8,6,4
    DB shrugs 5 sets of 15,12,10,8,6,4

    All weight is really light right now just getting started in my 2nd week

    Really sore from last week
    Doing cardio 5 days/week 30min each day

    Just need some support guys itís hard to come back after nearly 3 years

    I broke my Tibia half into in 2017 and Iíve had 3 major surgeries to try and get it too heal finally this last surgeon was a Trama Orthopedic surgeon and he fixed it some bone grafting from younger peoples bone and used some stem cells also and itís finally healing Iíve had 3 different rods and screws installed lol....he removed part of my fibula to make the tibia settle done lower to pickup the bone grafting ad stuff and itís working and I just got released a couple weeks ago to workout again so Iím glad
