I was tired as fuck last night and I don’t want anymore of the 3rd shift I’m on 2nd and it’s ok I have time for I train but I worked 3rd yesterday then went home slept 6 hours and was back at work on 2nd shift were I being so I’m tired I didn’t get to train today either

I bet! My upper lats hurt so bad I am chugging another smoothie filled with all kinds of anti inflammatory herbs/fruits/powder/oils!

Tomorrow..do it all over again! My hours/timing is all messed up. Just go-go, tried to nap just 30min, got 20! Lol. Finished Kong, so going to watch something like National Geo and listen to Attenborough’s voice, lol! Puts me to sleep! Still super early
