Yes my arms have always been my strongest point ans ive got a long arm reach with plenty of body length to set myself and grab the rope from facing it then turning around and pulling it over my head I guess it pays tonhave long ass arms lol!!

The macros are coming along and my eating had gotten much. Better,a lot quicker than I’d thought ,I’m still not there but for the amount of layoff I’ve had I’m just really lucky so far

I was at like 285lbs before the leg was broken and now I’m down to 250 which is small for me lol....I’m a big country steak and potatoes kid and 250 is a bit small for my frame but I feel better physically that’s why I’m shooting for 240-245lbs when i get through,if I lose to much I’ll look like a bean pole I’ll gonna see how it goes

Well I’m still in the sore stage but feeling stronger everyday ,guess it’s the NPP making me feel fuller and my muscle seem to be turning the corner maybe a little and feeling hard once again just been 5 weeks back in so I’m satisfied with the way I’m feeling so far ,just tired of feeling tired at night ha ha

Well today,Tuesday was one of my scheduled rest days of the week and tomorrow Wednesday,i will hit Arms and cardio and I can’t wait,went up no my weight yesterday on shoulders and I’m really feeling it today ,sore as I can be but I need to start to increase weight everyweek now my body seems to be responding better and i guess it’s the helping the NPP ok feeling fuller the next day after workouts
