    Rope pushdown 4 sets 10-12 reps

    Single hand Cable Pushdown 3 sets 10 reps

    Pump and vascularity was insane today. Seeing daily changes and new veins/separation in places Iíve never seen before have been very motivating.

    Weight has been hovering around 222-224 this week. After cheat meal Friday night, had an insane pump todayís workout. Decided to hit a couple exercises 3-4 sets each of cheat, tri, delts.

    BB Incline 4 sets working up to 345 for 6

    Cable Crossovers 3 sets 10-12 reps

    Cable Laterals 4 sets 10-12 reps

    Rear Cable Flye 3 sets 10Ė12 reps

    Single Hand Cable Pushdown 3 sets 10-12 reps

    Rope Pushdowns 3 sets 10 reps

    30 mins LISS

    Gonna take tomorrow off and check in Monday

    Update 2/23

    Weight this morning was 224.2

    Next week I am going to phase into trying to put some lean mass on. Had to cancel our trip to Mexico due to needing a negative COVID to return to US and donít want to risk having to quarantine in Mexico for 2 weeks. So looks like next year we will try again.

    Hit some arms last night. Higher reps, drop sets to keep intensity up. Nothing crazy weight wise.

    Rope pushdown

    Single arm cable pushdown

    Reverse grip pushdown

    Cable curl

    DB hammer curl

    DB preacher curl

    30 mins LISS on treadmill

    Low carb day mon, Tuesday, higher carbs Wednesday, low carbs rest of week with a ďsmartĒ cheat meal on Fri.

    Looking forward to seeing what I can do with the next few weeks left of this blast to put on some size then cruise for a bit before next blast

    Yea it sucks but Iím sure Iíll enjoy it more once all this bs with the virus, masks, and what not it over.

    So check in with coach this week weight was 225.2 lbs. Going to slowly shift gears toward putting on some mass and maintaining as much conditioning as I can.

    This week Iím going 5 low and 2 high carb days with 1 free meal on a low day. Cardio is back to 25 mins LISS 5 days a week.

    I have about 3 weeks left on this blast before I cruise for 8-10 weeks run bloods and see if Iím ready to blast again. Thinking about making a run with competing next year and Iím going to incorporate GH and possibly slin with guidance from coach. Going to focus on bringing up legs and add more back thickness/width.

    Going to cruise on 200mg GC Test E so Iíll be able to provide some blood work on his test E as well.

    Plan on being more active with this log too.

    Trained arms/calves tonight

    Rope pushdown 3 sets with 2 drops on last set

    BB Close Grip Bench working up to 315 for 6

    Single Arm Cable Pushdown 3 sets 10 reps

    DB overhead Ext 2 sets 10 reps

    Machine Curl 3 sets 10-12 reps

    DB Hammer Curl 2 sets 10 reps

    Seated Calf Raise 5 sets 10 reps

    25 mins treadmill 2.5mph 5 incline

    Arms were ridiculously pumped. Took 20mg GC liquid cialis pre and loved it.

    Intra:25g karbolyn, 10g EAA, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine mono

    Close Grip Pulldowns 2 warms ups, 3 sets 8-12 reps

    DB Incline Rows 4 sets 8-12 reps

    Seated one arm machine row 3 sets 10-12 reps

    Straight arm rope pull down 3 sets 10-12 reps

    Shrugs 4 sets 10-12 reps

    Cable Laterals 4 sets 10-12 reps

    25 mins LISS on treadmill

    Post workout 210g jasmine rice 8oz mahi mahi

    Workouts are going awesome with an extra high carb day and free meal. Can already feel strength going up and maintaining pumps longer after workouts.

    Have had a few of the bigger, more serious lifters in my gym tell me Iím looking good and if Iím prepping for a show something just be going right

    Also, have mention I am really liking GC ATIPP blend. I was going to just run Sust, but decided to give it a shot after all the awesome reviews and am glad I did. The Mast/Tren 300mg blend is awesome as well. This is my second time running it and will use it again when needed.

    Tomorrow will either be chest or legs depending on how the quad feels.
