DB Incline Rows 4 sets 8-12 reps
Seated one arm machine row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Straight arm rope pull down 3 sets 10-12 reps
Shrugs 4 sets 10-12 reps
Cable Laterals 4 sets 10-12 reps

Workouts are going awesome with an extra high carb day and free meal. Can already feel strength going up and maintaining pumps longer after workouts.
Have had a few of the bigger, more serious lifters in my gym tell me I’m looking good and if I’m prepping for a show something just be going right
Also, have mention I am really liking GC ATIPP blend. I was going to just run Sust, but decided to give it a shot after all the awesome reviews and am glad I did. The Mast/Tren 300mg blend is awesome as well. This is my second time running it and will use it again when needed.
