Update 2/23
Weight this morning was 224.2
Next week I am going to phase into trying to put some lean mass on. Had to cancel our trip to Mexico due to needing a negative COVID to return to US and don’t want to risk having to quarantine in Mexico for 2 weeks. So looks like next year we will try again.
Hit some arms last night. Higher reps, drop sets to keep intensity up. Nothing crazy weight wise.

Low carb day mon, Tuesday, higher carbs Wednesday, low carbs rest of week with a “smart” cheat meal on Fri.
Looking forward to seeing what I can do with the next few weeks left of this blast to put on some size then cruise for a bit before next blast
