Decided to start a log since I will be running GC’s products. Just something to keep motivation high and document progress.

Stats: 33 y/o, 223.4 lbs, 5’ 10”
Goal: cut BF for upcoming vacation in March then transition to lean bulk and put on more size

Started dieting last November at 244.4 lbs and have cut down to 223.4lbs just cruising on 200mg GC Test E weekly.

Cycle plan:
ATIIP .6ml (180mg) EOD ~675wk
Mast P/Tren A blend .7ml (210mg) EOD ~390mg wk
Winny 50mg ED 8 weeks
Clen starting at 20mcg ED
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

Started cycle last Sat 1/2. Everything going great so far with minimal to zero PIP. I’ve used the tren/mast blend before but first time with ATIIP.

Diet currently carb cycling High,low,low,low, repeat.

High days 55g fat, 320g carbs, 295 protein
Low days 65 fat, 180g carbs, 295g protein

Training split:
Quads, shoulders
Arms,Calves
Back
Chest, Calves
Quads,
Shoulders, Calves
Rest

Cardio is either 25 mins HIIT or 30 mins LISS

Today is a rest day so will start logging workouts tomorrow. Also, tomorrow is check in with coach so will get some pics up as well.
 
I’m going to start a GC log soon as well, fire gear!!

A piece of advice from a fellow big boned boy who has lost weight / cut BF on and off gear : I found it easier to cut weight and BF on lower testosterone doses. I think the higher test works better for leaner and slim guys bulking . Just my 2 cents from about 10 years on and off gear and using about every compound ( haven’t used NPP or EQ) but have had more success on lower test doses .

In my experience, it’s hard to get lean on high test, and easy for leaner or slimmer guys to gain on high test.

Take it or leave it, just my experience:)

There may be some truth to that though high test burns calories at a higher rate for me than lower test.

Thanks for the advice man. Always open to hearing others opinions and critiques. Coach laid out everything for me so I’m following what he tells me. I always feel better when test is higher though

I’m following coach’s AAS proto for what he laid out for me. Starting at 20mcg a day and going from there based off how it affects me. Running it 6 weeks max.

Legs/shoulders as I didn’t have enough time to train legs how I wanted to.

Pre workout meal was 8oz chicken and 140g jasmine rice

Camber Bar pushdown 3 sets 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure with x2 drop sets

SM Close Grip Bench 135x12, 225x10, 275x10, 315x6 drop 225x8

Cable Tricep Kickback 3 sets 10-12 reps

Reverse Grip push down 2 sets 10-12 reps

Cable Curls 4 sets 10-12 reps, 1 sets to failure with x2 drop sets

DB Preacher Curl 3 sets 10-12 reps

DB Curls 3 sets 10 reps

DB Hammer Curl 2 sets 12 reps

30 mins LISS treadmill 2.5-3 mph 6 incline

Felt good after this one and arms were pumped and vascular. Don’t get too concerned with weight on arms unless I’m doing a compound movement. Focus more on contraction and pump.

Post workout was 2 scoops WPI and 8 rice cakes.

Pins have been simple using 25g 1” to pin glutes/VG and 27g 1/2” for delts. Usually split the delts into 2 pins of .7ml and .6ml.

Haha thanks man. The veins in my arms are wild like that for some reason. No straight lines just zigzagging everywhere. My right arm is wild too but it’s harder to see now that I have a full sleeve. Hoping as I lean out more it will pop more

Thanks. Traps have always been an easy growing body part for me. I don’t even shrug or do specific trap work that much anymore. Usually just 3-4 sets working up to only 275 with a nice, controlled hold and negative is all I need

No changes from coach this week diet wise. Liked the changes he saw and were gonna keep pushing what we can from my current layout.

Legs

Trained at a new gym today. Might be changing gyms due to moving to a different building for work.

Hack squats 7 sets working up to 6pps for 8 reps

Leg Press 4 sets working up to 8pps for 8 reps

Leg Ext 4 sets 10-12 reps

Lying Ham Curl 3 sets 10-12 reps

Single standing ham curl 3 sets 10-12 reps

25 mins LISS on treadmill

Good session and legs were drained by the end. Arms up tomorrow

Starting to get some night sweats along with the heart burn, but not soaking the sheets at least
 
Lol.....that's because you are gifted in that area.....some guys have legs...some arms...some traps.....to me...traps are at the top of the list. Stay hard.

Strength is climbing this week. Everything feeling lighter and bumping up weights on all exercises. Sweating like a pig as well so tren is doing it’s thing. Feeling good.
