Incline BB worked up to 315x6. Haven’t done BB in awhile. Happy to hit this and looking to get up to 365-405 for reps by end of next blast

The fullness and pumps from just a slight increase in carbs has been awesome. Endurance is way up and strength continues to slowly climb.
