    Cramps!!

    I've looked at everything I've taken and I've narrowed it down to Superdrol. Seems when I'm on I get hellish cramps, sometimes just stretching my legs or during sex....that's the worst btw. Am I a dumdass or anyone else experienced this? I drink tons of water, take potassium etc...

    Magnesium? Iíve started taking S23 and started having real bad cramps. Iíve upped my OJ, bananas and such. Also magnesium. Itís helped.

    Superdrol is very dry compound , i just use it last weeks contest prep to look full on carb load , you need to drink much more water when you are on superdrol . When you cramps most of the time is because you need more sodium . Before workout always drink 3 gr pink salt , during workout use gatorade with dextrose and aminos . Take magnesium to but with calcium to to be better absorved

    To stop cramps and continue to keep them away. I get them severely.

    1. Pickels or pickel juice from jar. Instant ans it works.

    2. Gatorade zero. I drink 1 throughout the days.

    The results.... i can cross my legs without 1 of them locking into a cramp.

    And no back spasms, no tightness, no restless legs. My body stays hydrated and loose.

    Potassium.
    Magnesium.
    Electrolytes.


    Carb load pre, intra, or post-workout would help a lot as well.

    I actually got some electrolyte packets made by Pedialyte a few days ago. Itís too strong to mix in one water bottle for me but I noticed a big drop in cramps.

    Iíve got wicked leg cramps from oral compounds. The during sex thing is the worst. Iíve had to stop several times and start limping around hollering and punching my quads. Freaks us both out and I donít get to finish. The other one I enjoy is while on deca, if I even have just 2 drinks I canít get it up for a whole day.

    I noticed cramps in my hamstrings last week during sex. That shit sucked. Luckily I was able to maneuver out of it before it got too bad.

    I woke up last week with a Charlie horse on both quads at 3 am. Just screaming and couldnít do shit for like 5 minutes.

    Iíve never had this issue before.

    believe it or not, this is the best/quickest way i've found also. BUT- It's a mood killer in the bedroom-pickle breath-lol The main reason is pickle juice is basically pure salt so..... We used too have to eat salt tablets after football practice- gets hot in mid-july in the South! And I agree potassium,magnesium the best/ most healthy way to KEEP them away. S-drol and T-bol are the worst for me, although all aas seem to cause them, at least for me. good luck man!

    Haha. Glad I'm not alone here! Last time I cramped during sex I tried to power thru it, mistake....thanks guys

    Stay hidrated , sodium , potassium , magnesium , alot of water. Remenber food is a must to grow but if you dont have hydrated you will not improve . Hydration is what makes you stronger , bigger and better performance . The best supplemnt is sodium and water
