Could use some help

So I made an order through flashgear(not my first time) and now I cannot find it. I have all receipts and screenshot all transactions. I don’t know if it’s a website issue or if I’m doing something wrong. Just curious to see if anyone has had this issue themselves with this particular site to find out. Thank you

Did you open up a ticket at the Flash site?
