I have genetic issues which naturally raise my BP; however, when I started cycles I deff noticed my BP going through the roof - so much so, it caused physical issues with me.
So I was put on BP meds, personally. Though, I personally believe any cycle you start (TREN FOR SURE) will raise your BP.
As far as blood donations, I try to schedule mine every 3 or so months - regardless of numbers.
Supplements can help, such as: Carditone, but may cause you you to get stuffy (and in some cases, rarely, in certain individuals, can actually cause BP to rise - which is why it's good to closely monitor yourself).
Healthy diet, cardio, and supplemental support is always a PLUS.

Just finished checking my BP with the new monitor I purchased. BP was 142/86.
When I tried to donate last night she said it was 150/110
But I don't think she entirely new what she was doing. She tried measuring it with a small cuff and I told her they always have to get the bigger one but she just ignored me. I'm wondering now if her test was inaccurate.

I have been donating for yrs and lately I've found no more benefits from it..no drop in pressure or feeling better..you know that sluggish feeling in the morning..used to have to do a hot soak to get moving..not today mention that needle thing..So my Oncologist said stop doing it about 6 months ago..I know sounds off..He knows about my gear use,and said it will finally stabilize..I doubted this..but he was right..I don't recommend it or even truly understand it but recent labs show he was right..Now the White Cell count.. That's a whole other issue..

This is by far, HANDS DOWN, the best, OTC (Over The Counter) Supplement on the market. Now obviously a prescription Blood Pressure Medication will be an better option but that comes with more money, insurance, etc. So clean up your diet, and run 1-2 pills of Carditone a day, depending on what compounds your taking. On a full cycle I take 2 pills a day, off cycle (TRT only) I run one pill a day, and it works so good!!!!! going from 150/92 to 112/71 while taking this supplement!!

Carditone seems to work for most, but there are some that have the opposite reaction to alpha blockers. Like me, Carditone or any prescription alpha blocker like prazosin or terazosin actually raise my blood pressure. Makes for a real miserable time.
Check your BP a few times before and after dosing to see what it's actually doing.
Prescription meds are not expensive at all if you order them from India. Telmisartan, which is one of the most expensive ones, is only $36 for a 90 day supply. Made in the same facility as the ones I get from the pharmacy but 1/3 of the cost. Nebivolol (Bistolic, a beta blocker with vasodilation properties) is cheap too, even though it's expensive here.
If the Carditone doesn't work, feel free to message me if you want some help with finding the right med. There's a handful of different types and certain ones work better than others depending on your exact symptoms. Gym n Tonic is another good source of info relating to meds
