Garlic, btw I realized while I was off on another forum that I forgot to mention my usual heart rate. At the doctors it was I think around 85. Which, like my BP is higher than when I'm chillin at home.

Yes. I bought a wrist monitor and started Carditone. Itís helped but only lowered my BP about 10-15 points. Itís still too high at 150/80 so I bought some script BP meds from overseas. Iím a little worried about my BP at the moment to be honest.

One good reading doesn't mean your all good, Blood pressure goes up-and-down throughout the day and changes from day-to-day

Yes that too high, time to take action. Not very high but high enough to do damage in the long run.

That's not bad. Mine gets crazy high, over 100. I've tried the laying down and taking my BP too, but mine stays pretty stable regardless so when it's high at rest it's always that way. Probably means yours isn't too bad normally. You'll know if it gets too low. Orthostatic hypotension is pretty apparent. You'll stand up and get lightheaded and dizzy...if that happens you're too low. You'll know what I mean if it happens lol. Be careful at first to make sure you don't pass out when you stand up

40mg telmisartan/day, 5mg cialis/day, both have many off label benefits as well.

High BP is a side of the Deca cycle,
but I think during the cycle that drugs are present in our body, so don't want to donate blood at that time.

Dang that's a long time. I think the longest I've waited is about 21 days during busy seasons.

Not sure what port yours is coming in from though. I'll message you about it. That might be the difference
