Hdl/Ldl ratios are something I always have to deal with in the past. It helped me change my diet and add some preventative/health supplements. I literally just re- posted a cholesterol thread that I researched last year.
Lots of good info! The hardest thing for me is raising my HDL, I can lower my LDL more easily.
I did lower my triglycerides over 60 pts within 2 mo.

    Max
None too bad for the total mg and duration.

What are you doing now, completely off or cruise? Cholesterol should return to normal when your body's hormones are more normal for a while.

Looks typical for the tail end of a cycle.

what about the TSH? Technically it is within normal range. But just like Test ranges, there is an ideal range.within that 'normal' range, I think most people would like it closer to 1-2. any hypothyroid problems before?

My thyroid did get shut down completely one time when I was younger and didnít know what I was doing. Friend of mine told me to jump to 100mcg t3 ed and when I came off it I didnít taper down and quit cold turkey. My thyroid was shut down for 4 months. Bad times. I felt like total shit and anxiety was unbearable
