I'm currently seeing how ephedrine effects the lipid profile. I know how trashed they were 4 months ago. and after a decent Tren Run..I'm gonna see how bad they get..I'm hoping to maintain the same numbers. If I do then in my eyes ephedrine works

It was definitely one of the things that was recommended to me. As well as Citrus Bergamot. I regurgitate as well. My first attempt at getting it inline is Ephedrine. Then I'll add in the things to see what happens. I'm able to keep my LDL and total cholesterol good but my HDL is right at 20.I haven't heard that the effects were short-lived but that's also something to make a mental note of, but I'll tell you what I have heard people literally swear that this is great for cardio, but I have never suggested it to anybody cuz I have no real hand experience using it for that purpose.. I would just be regurgitating something and it wouldn't be fair to suggest it..

It was also recommended to take eggs out of my diet, and to come down to a Tru TRT level of teat and no other compounds for a bit and it should rebound as well.

I use this method..
Upon waking up - When I wake up around 5:00 a.m. before I use the bathroom or anything I drink a full glass of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of lemon juice and several splashes of Himalayan pink sea salt, I will use this to wash down 1000mg of chewable vitamin C, vitamin d plus K2, one serving of gummy multivitamins, 100mg of CO Q10 (this is for overall cardiac health and it actually makes your cardio system impervious to your cholesterol levels regardless of where they're at basically rendering them useless if they were detrimental).. also 1000 fish oil.
Than I do fasted cardio 5 days a week after I wake up and drink that, 25+ mins or more....45 minutes later I have one scoop of whey with two whole eggs, just small amount of carbs 45 g of plain oats and 110 g of blueberries or pineapples and I would add one scoop of bone broth powder, and one scoop of proven greens and reds (fermented vegetable powder)..
I eat my meal preps all day and will eat some probiotics during the day, but mostly at night , I'll eat 5-6g of fiber powder and 37 billion probiotics pre bed, like right away.
This helps keep things regulated and hardly no acid o lack of hunger... Ohhh, and cinnamon pills help to..
Men cardarine and its effect on lipid is 1000% real. I've seen my numbers after cycles and are completely different than when I used to do the same gear without Cardarine. As far as cardio its night and day no doubt. I never take pre workout. My pre workout has always been coffee and cardarine. One hour cardio 7 days a week. You just need to make sure you buy it from a legit source and not one of these research chemical companies that no one has heard of.
Yeah, ever since I started buying bulk powders of most of my stuff; I make a daily supp smoothie with all kinds of supplements, fruits, protein. A few I still have to take liqugels or oral pills but; I am saving a ton of money. We need to put some customized paks for certain combatants to improve members blood work . A simple sachet or something something. I got sick of ordering every month and sometimes they quit carrying a product I like.

With this being said there are a ton of CO Q10 supp out there some are better than other and some way more pricey than others. With me taking a decent CO Q10 supp I'm always on the hunt for better quality in any supplement.
I don't mind paying a few dollars more for superior quality. Not sure how much it will help take down my bad cholesterol numbers until my next labs at the VA.
