I’ve tried them all and they all worked. The one where I looked the best that was easiest was high carb, high protein, low fat around 20grams a day. I ate whatever I wanted as long it fit the macros and kept me in a deficit. It ultimately just comes down to calories in calories out and keeping protein up. The best one is the one that’s sustainable that you can be consistent with.
As far as food choices even now my main concern is digestibility.
