For some reason I didn't think this would happened to me, but it is. Been on HGH about 3 months, very classic bodybuilding diet honestly. I'll have the occasional bowl of ice cream or a piece of candy, but nothing out the ordinary. I do eat my fair share of white rice and high GI carbs though. I center those carbs specifically pre and post workout, nowhere near the timing of my shots so...kind at a loss here :hmm:.

Historically, my fasting blood glucose has always been around 90 (even when I wasn't taking HGH). It's consistently around 105 now. Obviously, even before the HGH, my insulin sensitivity wasn't stellar. Seems to be getting worse.

You guys think I should stop HGH administration? Anyone else had to stop because of this? Haven't seen a whole hell of a lot of difference anyway, but was just curious as to what other members have experienced OR what y'all would advise.

Appreciate it fam.

Age? Family History..at all? Even Aunts/Uncles. A lot of skinny, reg, and heavy people can develop diabetes. For some reason your pancreas is not doing its job. I have a MD: trt/gh specialist that I use. They can root out and remedy the problem. It is best to get ahead of it , that is; if your not type 2 diabetic . Then you just control it : dietary or diet and medication.

Hey man appreciate the response. I'm 37, no family history of diabetes. I'm 5'8 185lbs. Wouldn't call myself lean, but I'm decently built.

Ya it's freaking me out to be honest. Based on your answer, I should NOT continue to administer HGH I'm assuming?

Well. I lied. My mom just told me my grandmother had diabetes.

I would see my physician just to possibly get metformin until I could control it. I am not against medication but I know that diet and exercise can reverse it in some. Good old Grandma, well that definitely plays a role; If I couldn’t get my BG down; I would not continue GH, unless I was competing: then nothing would stop me short of a car accident. Lol. Just read up and get very informed with diet. One thing I avoid is anything with enriched flour and High Fructose Corn Syrup; it sounds easy....I assure you it Is Not!! It seems to be in everything!! Shop around the store and avoid The aisles. Btw: coffee black! I stopped spending $4-$5 a day going to Starbucks; it saved me $1550 a year!! I use that to buy healthier foods- non enriched foods are hard to come by with certain foods. Dave’s Killer Bread is one that I use instead of any other. Organic, whole wheat and grains(Powerseed). No soda, candy, cakes, cookies, biscuits, etc. I do still have a cheat day!! Diabetics cheat too!! Lol

I would start using metformin and do some experimenting with the diet. 105 working ant really that bad so I wouldn’t be too alarmed. Do you check it after having 24 to 32oz of water and wait about 20 minutes? Dehydration can effect your score so it’s important to get plenty of water and wait a little bit before checking it.

Well , at least you caught it early.

I would stop hgh and get it under control with diet , its not going to happen overnight ..
