Was still extremely sore from my chest workout Monday. Hit the same numbers as last week even when I was really sore. Chest was killing me to just hold the bar on my back. Another crazy skin tight pump.

Deff getting more sore and getting more muscle cramps, specifically in chest and tricep. The chest cramps are cool to watch and arent that painful, but the tricep ones kill to a point where I cant move my arm until its gone and pops back into place.

I was having terrible cramps myself and luckily montego1 stepped in and said he had the same problem and solved it by(and this is rough draft so maybe he will step in and correct any mistake)
-PWO meal obviously 1.5 - 2 hrs pre hi protein and med fast carbs
-pre workout eaa
-intra eaa and carb
- calcium and magnesium 3x daily
I've been doing this and cramps are pretty much thing of the past

Cal-mag is my : take with each meal thing. Definitely helped me out a lot! If you looks at a lot of bloodwork, almost everyone’s magnesium is low. Just have seen a ton of them. Magnesium low on almost 70% of them.

My wife is my best training partner. Something about having her in the room makes me want to impress her, and certain movements she likes to press on my muscle while I perform the exercise and it gives me better mind muscle connection. Today when I did dumbbell flys she pressed her fingers in my pecks while I was doing the exercise and instead of moving the dumbbells with my hands, I tried moving her fingers with my chest. Thats something I would only like from a girl lol

How can you compare the oral to the injectable so far ?

There are deff pros and cons to both. Starting with the negative, injecting everyday is annoying, and there is a slight sting right after injecting. But other than that its all positive. Oil is far stronger that oral, not even a comparison. Pumps are skin tight. and the fullness I get right after working out is insane. I pose with my wife after and she can really see the difference. Also the biggest positive is little to none water retention. When I take oral anadrol I get “moon face” or red face and am holding a lot of water and peeing a lot too. None of that with the oil, face looks the same, no water retention, and if anything it looks like I’m actually getting more shredded from this.

That was my exact workout. I started straight on 225 on flat like I always do and went to failure. Not complete failure, probably had a few more in the tank. Not a fan of going to complete failure due to joint pain. Thats why I didnt touch 275+ because my elbow or wrist could bother me for a week or so. Train smart and listen to your body.

Crazy workout. After the squats I was fighting nausea the rest of the workout. Sometimes squatting kills you. I didnt sleep that good last night and I dont think I ate enough. Room was spinning right after I racked 405. But I pushed through the rest of the workout, drank a gatorade, took a cold shower and passed out.

Crazy pump again, hamstrings really sore. And keep having little muscle spasm/cramps. Looks crazy in the mirror watching the muscle fibers twitch, some spots you dont feel it but others actually hurt.

Learned always to go oil over orals, no comparison when it comes to strength and muscle gains, and on top of that no sides like orals would give me. My face usually gets red and bloated and I hold more water in my body with oral anadrol, but not with the oil. Which I think is the biggest reason you should use this instead.

Big dawg liftin big weight. Really good log man, love the detailed breakdowns. I definitely am going to have to try this. I loved anadrol when i used the oral, it beefed up my forearms like nothing else and the gains stayed. I feel like it's a really good compound with a bit undeserved bad rap.
