Was still extremely sore from my chest workout Monday. Hit the same numbers as last week even when I was really sore. Chest was killing me to just hold the bar on my back. Another crazy skin tight pump.

I was having terrible cramps myself and luckily montego1 stepped in and said he had the same problem and solved it by(and this is rough draft so maybe he will step in and correct any mistake)Deff getting more sore and getting more muscle cramps, specifically in chest and tricep. The chest cramps are cool to watch and arent that painful, but the tricep ones kill to a point where I cant move my arm until its gone and pops back into place.

New Years Eve. Hit another pump workout and got a crazy pump. Plans tonight are to just hang at my house with a few friends and watch the ball drop. Hope everyone has a happy new year!

Friday-19th shot, Right Shoulder, Arm Day
First pump of 2021. Did buddy curls with my friend that stayed over from yesterday. We put 25’s on a curly bar, we start at 1 rep and pass it back and forth, then 2 reps, and work our way up to 10 then go back down. And did the same thing with headcrushers. Silly workout but was fun.

Sounds damn fun! I love having a workout partner! I do have a few women but it isn’t the same. I love your deadlift progression! It is all about the PUMP!

Got a tattoo over the weekend on my forearm, but that didnt stop me from training, only stopped me from not wearing my wrist wraps and elbow sleeves when I get to 275. So instead of moving up to 275 I decided to rep out 225 and see how many reps I get. Never done this before and had a crazy pump.

That was my exact workout. I started straight on 225 on flat like I always do and went to failure. Not complete failure, probably had a few more in the tank. Not a fan of going to complete failure due to joint pain. Thats why I didnt touch 275+ because my elbow or wrist could bother me for a week or so. Train smart and listen to your body.

Gained another pound this week. Cant believe its almost over. Had a lot of fun doing this log. Really kept me on top of my game.

So my log has finally come to an end. And what a fun run it was. Gained 4 solid pounds of muscle while getting more shredded in just 30 days. Learned always to go oil over orals, no comparison when it comes to strength and muscle gains, and on top of that no sides like orals would give me. My face usually gets red and bloated and I hold more water in my body with oral anadrol, but not with the oil. Which I think is the biggest reason you should use this instead.
Thanks again Uncle Z and XOTG85 for giving me the opportunity to be a tester for you. I give A-50 a 9/10. I had to take 1 point off because I know people dont like pinning everyday, but if you can get by that its a perfect 10/10.
