I have been on replacement therapy for over four years. I take 220 ml a week test cypionate, 1/2 mg Anastrozole three days after injection and HCG injection once a week. Never had any side effects. June of this year my PRT provider suggested adding Anavar. I added 30 mg a day Anavar for 12 weeks and 5.mg daily Cialis.

Eight weeks into it I started experiencing a strange side effect. Its hard to explain but I will try. I have a very slight ringing in my ears my hearing is slightly diminished. Its like when you were a kid and had a firecracker go off to close to your ears or in the movie saving Private Ryan when the artillery round went off near Capt. Miller during the Normandy invasion. He could hardly hear what was going on, its like that but not as bad. I am not taking the Anavar anymore, I stopped taking the Cialis for a week, no change. Should I stop my test injections to see if it is the cause?

perhaps after eight weeks with a toxic oral it would be better to take a look at the blood values

You should first discuss this with your provider.

But if you were going to stop anything... should be the last thing you added which is the anavar.

You were good for 5 years until adding this to the mix.

And in my opinion, unless you are super sensitive, I don’t think an AI is even warranted for such a low dose of test.

Sounds shady they would prescribe Anavar. Why not just increase your test if it’s needed?
