So I have a strange question and not exactly sure how to properly describe it lol
The issue I'm having is when you look at my arms they have a good amount of muscle (not body builder arms lol)
But when I look at them from the back they look like string beans.
What can I do to fix this?
They look fine from side but from the back I look like a 6 year old
Will just working out triceps more make this area thicker?
