Get Shredded!
47yo male, healthy, workout with heavy weights for a long time. Got pellets (I know I know) as my first encounter w testosterone 9 months ago, 2nd pellet dose placed. 1 month after the second implants I'm having problems. Labs 1 month after 2nd pellet implant:

Total test 1134
Free test 76
Shbg read as "normal"?
E2 < 17 and undetectable

Also put on anastrazole 1 mg a week and DIM 200mg/day.

I stopped the anastrazole for 1 week b/c E2 undetectable. Now I can get an erection but it goes soft in minutes. Libido is off the charts though. A month ago I could chop wood with my erections and I'd swear it was bigger than it ever had been. Now it's extremely frustrating for wife and I.

Also very emotional, choking up at things. And I haven't cried in years prior to this.

What did I do wrong? Besides not using injections instead of pellets.

Tough to say with only those numbers.

Could be estrogen or prolactin or other related.

The acceptable "band-aid" for this is just to stay on Cialis if you are having issues. Its very well tolerated and overall safe for the majority of men.

Prescribed dosages are 5mgs ED for men, or 20mgs PRN meaning "when needed. Recall this is in your system for a solid 24-48hours with ease so you don't have to dose daily.

It also improves blood pressure in most men as well.

You can use that in the meantime, until you resolve the true issue behind what is causing the impotence.

We use it constantly for these purposes. Normally I'd be opposed to a "band aid" but in this case, the exact opposite. Cialis is a miracle drug and can be used safely for such a condition.

Good luck.

Typically when you can get an erection but then goes soft, that’s low e2. Give it time. When I crashed took me 3 weeks ish.

No ability to get erection is high e2.

This is what I needed to know. Can get them but go soft and hard to climax.

This is on cialis. I used it before starting T and love it's daily dosing but now not working either.
