Tomorrow i’ll drop clen and start with the ephedra.

I’ll be doing the following protocol during fasted cardio:

25mg Ephedra hcl
250mg Caffeine anhydrous
20mg Yohimbine hcl

I’ll maybe ad another 25mg ephedra mid-day when the cut gets even harder.

Still dropping 0,5% - 1% of BW every week, i’m excited to the progression of these changes!

This week it’s getting a bit harder, hungry all the time and energy levels are a little bit lower but we keep pushing!

First time using the ephedra on fasted cardio, all i have to say is wow! I was dripping in sweat, together with the Cardarine you’re basically a cardio machine. Although i was very depleted and low energy the ephedra give me a mega boost.

After that i ate 2 carb meals and mid-day i trained shoulders, traps and abs. It was a very though workout, i was flat as a pancake to begin with. But i kept pushing. Luckily tomorrow i got a refeed day, i’m shooting for 500-600gr of carbs. 2 or 3 more weeks of cutting then it’s time to start rebounding!

Really great workout, i think the 150gr of carbs for the pre workout meal did there job. Today is a refeed day so i’m happy!

Since I neglected my hams down a bit earlier this week, i hammered them at the end of my arm workout. Also a really good pump for just 2 excercises.

I’ll be cutting 2-3 more weeks and after that i’ll doing a rebound for about 6-8 weeks then it’s time to cruise for a while.

No shows unfortunately because of Covid... gyms are still closed at my country, i’m working out at an outside gym because that’s allowed. Shows are pretty much all canceled, so maybe next year! Focus will be on growing this year.

Bumped the Ephedra up to twice a day, 25mg in the morning with fasted cardio and 25mg PWO together with caffeine and aspirin. I really feel it also helps with appetite suppression.

I have to say i’m extremely positive about the injectable Anadrol, already up 3kg, pumps in de gym are insane and an instant fuller look.

It’s called Platinum gym, in the Netherlands. Definitely not a commercial gym lol, a lot of bodybuilders and powerlifter in the gym.

Successful leg day, started with more isolation exercises / higher rep sets and at the end squatted with a wider stance. I was already blown away after those sets of leg press, so squatting with a lot of weight was not really possible anymore. But the feeling in my quads / adductors afterwards was sick! Leg cramps while driving home: roflol:

Now i’m doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike, 4-5 times fasted a week and 2-3x post workout.

When i’m doing it fasted i use 20mg Yohimbine hcl and 25mg ephedra / 250mg caffeine.
